Yoga Everyday

Yoga Diksha & Training
"Dhyana Yoga Center offers rich and varied set of programs that are appropriate for students new to this journey as well as aspiring teachers or dedicated students who wish to deepen their practice as well as for seasoned teachers wishing to advance their studies."

Hatha Yoga All Level
"In Hatha Yoga, we come into the breath and to quieten the mind, as we find steadiness in asana (postures) and attain increased balance and an enhanced connection to our highest self. Each guru (teacher) provides personal modifications and brings different flavors in each class by using specific series of postures and flow of movements. All styles of Hatha Yoga, however, encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner. Our Hatha Yoga classes are based on the classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga, integrating mind, body and spirit – all within a supportive environment. "

Yin/Yang Yoga
"Yin, the feminine principle: dark, passive, receptive, reflective, withdrawn, cool, introspective. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing while stimulating the nadis or meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow. Yang, the masculine principle: light, active, outward and upward moving, hot, extrospective. Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or ashtanga based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the traditional Yang yoga practices for the first half with the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the second half of the class. This class provides you a practice blended with deep, introspective, energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day."

Restorative Yoga
In restorative yoga, props such as bolsters and blankets are used to fully support the body, allowing it to open slowly and naturally with no effort. Concentration is on the breath, allowing for a deep introspective class which restores energy to the body and calmness to the mind.
